We spent New Years Eve with our closest couple and it was the perfect evening! The theme was Roaring 20s (fitting) and we made sure the decor and drinks followed suit! This French 75 cocktail was so ‘Great Gatsby’ and also perfect for brunch!
What you'll need!
1.5oz Gin (we use Hendrick's!)
3/4oz lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Dry Champagne
Garnish 1 lemon twist
Cocktail Shaker
Flute glasses
What you'll do!
Ice Ice Baby
Fill cocktail shaker with ice!
Combine & Shake
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker (EXCEPT the Champagne)
Shake, Shake, Shake it up!
Strain into flute
Top with Champagne
Garnish with lemon twist
