That's what we call it in our household. It's 4 simple ingredients and so refreshing! We love this slow slipper on a summer afternoon but we enjoy it on a cozy Saturday too!
What you'll need!
1.5oz London Dry Gin (we like Bombay Sapphire for this one!)
1.5oz Aperol
3/4oz lemon juice
1 tbsp. simple syrup
Thin lemon slices for garnish
Coupe glass preferred but a martini glass works too!
Cocktail Shaker
What you'll do!
Ice Ice Baby
Fill cocktail shaker with ice!
Combine & Shake
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker
Shake, Shake, Shake it up!
Strain into coupe glass
Garnish with thin sliced lemon
